Non-Profit Consulting
Development
consultation is available to non-profit organizations that offer
quality mental health and human services programs. Previous successful
grant proposals exceed one million dollars in total revenues awarded to
varied non-profits from coast to coast. Priority is given to projects
that take a psychodynamic or psychoanalytic approach, address child
abuse and/or violence against women, or improve the number of
internship training programs available to developing psychologists.
Grant Research
One of the most challenging and time-consuming aspects of the grant
development process is finding opportunities for which you are eligible
to apply. In order to give you an advantage, services include research
of upcoming funding opportunities and development of a detailed report
of federal, state, and foundation grant prospects based on your
organizational mission and funding needs.
Grant Proposal
Writing & Technical Review
A successful grant proposal is well prepared, thoughtfully planned,
concise, and follows the guidelines and requirements of the granting
organization. To this end, grant writing services include collaborative
planning of the grant program design, development of the full narrative
and budget, and the submission of the proposal. Comprehensive editing
and a technical review of your grant proposal prior to its submission
or after you have been declined funding is also available.
Grant Writing
Training
Many organizations will find that it is more cost efficient to train
their existing staff in grant research and proposal writing. In such
cases introductory-intermediate training is available to groups of up
to five people tailored to the unique needs of your organization. In
class practice will use an existing Request for Proposals (RFP) matched
to your organization.
